We welcome you to Fish Meadow Camping ("the Campsite"). Please note that any one or combinationof the following acts will imply your acceptance of these terms and conditions - the completion of the booking form, payment in part or full and/ or entry onto the site. We, Fish Meadow Camping ("the Organisers") have drawn up these rules for YOUR benefit and ask all campers/caravanners to abide by these rules to ensure that your stay will be pleasurable and at the same time respecting the other campers and local community.

Please keep your pitch clean and tidy and show consideration for other campers at all times.

WHEN YOU TAKE UP YOUR POSITION make sure that no tent or caravan is closer than 6 metres to any other caravan or tent on an adjacent pitch nor closer than 2 metres to any boundary fence or hedge. Cars may be parked between caravans or tents provided they are not parked closer than 1 metre to a caravan or tent in the same occupancy and at least 3 metres from caravans or tents of other occupancies.

AVOID CAMPING UNDER TREES, branches may fall at any time.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE RIVER CAN BE FAST FLOWING, COLD AND DEEP. Do not be tempted to go into the river for any reason.

Pitches cannot be reserved save for disabled visitors who have spaces allocated close to the campsite facilities. If you wish to camp near friends please arrange to arrive as a group at the same time.

OPENING TIMES. The site will be open between 0900 to 2330hrs. During quiet periods the gates may be locked but staff will be available by telephone and only minutes away. when the site is closed, the traffic entry and exit gates will be locked and only opened for emergency access.

ARRIVAL TIMES. The site will be open from MIDDAY (12am) THURSDAY 14th JUNE 2018. The entrance will be clearly signposted. PLEASE NOTE we are unable to let caravans/campers to move onto their pitch between 22.00hrs and 08.00hrs for reasons of Health and Safety and the convenience of other campers. Please time your arrival accordingly.

DEPARTURE TIMES; You are requested to vacate the site by 12.00hrs MONDAY 18th JUNE 2018.

LOCATION OF CAMPSITE; The campsite is ideally located on Fish Meadow, adjacent to the river bridge and a short distance from the Town venues and Town facilities.

FACILITIES; There will be toilets, urinals, hot showers, an elsan facility, easy access toilets and fresh water supply. Please remember to leave the facilities as you would wish to find them.

JUNIORS/CHILDREN; Children under 16 will have free camping. Parents/guardians should ensure that children are not left unattended.

ENTRY TICKETS; when you made your booking online you were issued with and email receipt for your camping /Stroller ticket. Please bring a copy of this with you as this will be required for access to the campsite. On arrival please report to a member of the campsite staff and exchange your email receipt for a wristband. To aid security, wristbands must be worn on the wrist at all times.

CAMPSITE ETIQUETTE; Please show consideration for other users of the Campsite by not causing noise, playing radios/music too loudly, etc If a user of the campsite does not show due consideration the Organisers reserve the right to cancel their booking at which point they will have ot leave the campsite immediately. Please dispose of all rubbish, litter etc in the bins provided HOWEVER please note that the festival have to pay to have your rubbish taken away so if possible, to save money which otherwise would go to the festivals chosen charity, we respectfully ask you to take your rubbish home with you.

A QUIET SITE POLICY; campers are requested to avoid excessive noise at all times.

DOGS; Dogs must be kept under close control at all times, exercised away from camping areas and any mess cleared up immediately.

ALL VEHICLES; a 5mph speed restriction will be observed at all times

FIRE POINTS; The Organisers will ensure there are adequate fire points and a system of raising the alarm in the event of a fire.

LPG; Bulk storage of liquified petrolium gas will not be permitted, campers are permitted to bring sufficient LPG for their own use during the event.

SITE SECURITY; although security will be present, YOU are responsible for your own property and personal security.

PETROL/ DIESEL GENERATORS; for reasons of noise and Health and Safety these are not allowed on the campsite.

THE CAMPSITE ORGANISERS AND STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE to property or personal injury sustained whilst on the campsite premises however caused.

THE CAMPSITE ORGANISERS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR REFUNDS in the event of adverse weather conditions or for any other reason, including any Force Majeure Event which might lead to visitors terminating early or cancelling their stay on the site.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENT: Whilst the Organisers will use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate the effect of any Force Majeure and attempt to secure and offer alternative facilities, the Organisers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this agreement fue to a Force Majeure Event. For the purpose of this agreement a Force Majeure Event shall mean any of the following: Fire, Explosion, Water-logged Ground, Flood, Windstorm, Lightening, Act of God, Natural disaster, Act of Terroroism, War, Rebellion, Riot, Sabotage, Strike, Disease, interruption of utility service (including but not limited to water, electricity of gas), collapse of building structures, falure of machinery or any events, acts, omissions, accidents or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organisers.
